Identifying the properties eligible for adding building height in your client portfolio.

We use our softwareUPFACTOR GEOSERVICES®, to scan a simple list of properties to detect all potential additional building heights in your client portfolio across all of France.

Together, we can select which projects are feasible according to a number of criteria (acceptability to the property owners’ association, the need for works, etc.).

Informing the property owners of their vertical building potential.

We will meet with the property owners’ association members to explain the potential for adding building height and the opportunities that this offers.
At their General Meeting, the property owners will engage us as Assistant Project Manager to help them set up their project to add building height and renovate their property, without this costing them anything.

Designing the project with the property owners.

We carry out, at our own expense, all technical, legal, and financial studies necessary to confirm the project’s feasibility.

We design their architectural project and submit it to their municipal administration and to the French Association of Building Architects for validation.

We will inform the property owners of all technical, legal, and financial aspects of the process as the project is being put together and during the negotiations. We will routinely consult them on the project’s direction, and they remain its ultimate decision maker.

Selling the vertical space to be built and the project’s execution Learn more

We will help property owners’ associations select a developer/buyer who meets their needs and will pay them a good price.
At a second General Meeting, the property owners will validate the project and the choice of developer/buyer.
We will assist them with the signature of their agreement to sell their construction rights to the developer whom they have selected.
The property developer will apply for the construction permit, thereby becoming project manager for adding building height and renovating their property. We will assist the developer in selecting the construction companies and we will ensure the compliance of the property owners’ association’s project until it is completed.
